John Smack, President
John founded OneConnect in 2005. John has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. Through extensive experience and understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of technology service providers, John founded OneConnect. John’s proven ability to provide technology recommendation’s that improve clients service and bottom line, have made OneConnect a well respected firm in the market. John is a graduate of Siena College and resides in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Michele Stamas, VP of Operations
Michele has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining OneConnect, Michele was the Northeast Director of Account Development for Windstream. Through her many years of experience supporting a large enterprise customer base, Michele has demonstrated her strong ability to deliver unprecedented customer service and support. In January 2013 Michele joined the OneConnect team as VP of Operations with the responsibility for overseeing OneConnect’s customer base and supporting the business partner program.
Molly Sawyer, VP of Partner Sales
Molly is responsible for developing and managing partner relationships. With over 15 years of extensive experience in technology and telecom Molly enables partners to provide network solutions to businesses through strategic guidance and support. Prior to joining OneConnect, Molly spent the majority of her career as a network application engineer at tw telecom. This experience has given her the technical knowledge to design and implement world class solutions. Her career began in application development and software programming. She was also responsible for opening new offices for a financial company which gave her experience installing and programming VoIP telephony systems. Molly spent many years as a certified communication systems expert. Molly is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Justin Baker, VP Director of Energy Services
Justin joined the OneConnect team in 2011. Prior to joining OneConnect, Justin worked for an ESCO. It was through this position that Justin learned the competitive energy industry. Prior to entering the energy industry Justin spent several years in the financial sector. Justin’s knowledge of both the energy and financial sectors, has resulted in OneConnect clients realizing tens of thousands of dollar savings in their annual energy bills. Justin is a graduate of SUNY Albany and resides in Stillwater, NY.
Joe Criscitello, Senior Channel Manager
Joe has over 16 years in telecommunications. Prior to working at OneConnect, Joe worked for Level 3 Communications. Joe’s proven track record of working with Large Enterprise customer’s providing voice and data solutions has led to his continued success at OneConnect.
Megan Cline, Account Manager
Megan Cline has 14 years working in the technology industry. Prior to joining OneConnect Megan worked for Time Warner Cable as an Account Manager. Megan’s strong industry knowledge, persistence and account management expertise have made her an excellent resource for OneConnect and our clients.
Adam Anderson, Project Manager
Adam has over 10 years of Telecom Project Management and Account Management experience. Prior to working at OneConnect, Adam worked at FirstLight Fiber as a Provisioner and Project Manager. Adam has experience working with accounts of all sizes, and is looking to apply everything he has learned to assist in the continued success of OneConnect, Inc.
Kayla Zaglin, Administrative Sales Support
Kayla has over 5 years of experience in Administrative and Customer Service roles. Kayla’s background makes her a great resource for supporting the account management Team and OneConnect’s customer base. She is a graduate of SUNY SCCC and resides in Stillwater, NY.
Dylan Duffy, Account Executive
Dylan Duffy joins OneConnect, Inc. as an Account Executive. Dylan comes from a strong sales background in real estate and office products. His responsibilities at OneConnect, Inc. include cultivating new relationships and consulting with businesses to identify their technology solution needs.
Bob Benson, Senior Account Manager
Bob has over 29 years’ experience in Account Management. The last 10 years in the in the telecom industry working at Spectrum (formally Time Warner Cable Business Class). Bob’s strength is managing complex enterprise level accounts. Bob and his wife Ann reside in Green Island, NY.
